When I am going to receive my order?
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 1-2 days of payment. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. Most items should be received within 2-4 weeks of your order date. This may be a little longer for international delivery. For other specialty and giveaway items, please allow up to 4 weeks delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries.  Also, check the product details page for delivery time details.

Am I going to receive the order in time?
If you want the order to arrive in time, please order in advance and allow for delivery period.  Check details of projected delivery times on the product details page.

Can I change the color of the ordered item?
You can change the color of the item ordered by contacting us via our contact form.  As long as the order hasn't already been shipped, we will be able to change the order color.
Can I remove an item from my order?
Yes, you can remove the item from your order and get a refund easily before the item is shipped. To do that, please contact us via out contact form. Once it is shipped, you have to wait for it to arrive and then ship it back and ask for a refund.  Before sending a return product, please request a Returns Docket Number via our contact form.
Are the items shipped together?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.  If you receive a delivery with some and not all of your order, the other item(s) are likely to be arriving separately.  We ship deliveries separately to ensure the expedient delivery of your goods.  We do not hold back an item to wait for additional goods so you receive your order as soon as possible.
Where can I track my order?
You can track your order by clicking Order Status in our menu. Then input your tracking code you received in the email once the item has been shipped.
Can I change my shipping address?
You can change your address before the item is shipped by contacting us via the contact form. 
My item broke; can I get a new one?
If your item broke, which does not happen often, and you cannot repair it yourself, you have to contact us via
the contact form for details to proceed which might include sending the product back or if receiving a partial refund.  If there is any other concerns with your product after receiving delivery, please use the contact form to advise us and we will assist with the matter.
Can I be refunded?
If you do not receive your order, or have any other concerns with your order, please contact us via
the contact form towards resolving the problem. Depending on the problem, the resolution may be a re-ship of your order, an alternative by agreement, or full/partial refund.
